A multiple fatal traffic crash happened between a Mr Udoka Nwoya the driver of Mercedes Benz Tipper with registration number XA 156 EFR and Unidentified Motorcycle Rider without registration number at Umuazu Nteje on 22nd January, 2021 at about 1110hrs.
Eyewitness report shows that the traffic crash was due to speeding. Total number of (2 male adults) were involved in the crash. The motorcycle rider was taken to Chira hospital Awkuzu, by FRSC rescue team from Nteje unit Command. He was confirmed dead by the Doctor on duty, and his body deposited at Wisdom Mortuary Nteje.
The Sector Commander Anambra State *CC Andrew A Kumapayi FHNR* warned motorist to avoid speeding especially in built up areas, he advised motorist to use maximum speed limit of 50km/hr when in built up areas. He also warn bike riders to always put on their safety helmet while riding their bikes to avoid head injury during traffic crash.
