The Executive Caretaker Chairman of Kwande Local Government Council, Rev. Teryila Mark Hule, has described the death of the University don from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Dr. Terfa Alakali, as a great loss to Kwande.
He stated this in a statement on Monday, 11th December, 2023 through Hon. Orachihi Richard during a condolence visit to the chief mourner, Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Joseph Alakali in his residence.
Rev. Hule noted that Dr. Terfa Alakali died at a time when his wealth of experience would have been immense in the fight against underdevelopment of the state.
The Chairman expressed his deep condolences to the deceased family and pray for his soul to rest in peace and the good Lord to grant the family, friends and associates the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss, he concluded.
