Nigerians In Diaspora Organization NIDO UK South, has reiterated commitment to support Royal School of Educational Therapy Foundation, a School with Special Needs in Abuja as part of its lined up activities to commemorate National Diaspora Day Celebration.
Chairman of the Organization Bar. Chibuzo Ubochi who gave the assurance Monday when he led NIDO UK South members on a courtesy visit to the School in Abuja, commended the founder/Educational Therapist for her initiative, noting that some members of the Organization who are experts in variouse fields especially in Mental Diognosis and other Medical areas, will also assist the school as a way of giving back to the society.
Barr. Ubochi also disclosed that NIDO on it’s part will give a financial support in order to assist the school, emphasizing that, what matters most are donations from the experts which he said will go along way in developing the school.
“We know that some Nigerians have come back home to do great things for the country, this is examples of one of the great things by a Diasporan Dr. Adejugbe Williams, who was in the USA, but came back home to set up a very beautiful school for training people with disabilities.
“She is doing great and we envy he. I want all of us to come back home to emulate from her and also do the same thing like this woman. imagine 17 million Nigerians over there coming back home to set up something, it will boost the economy of our country” He said
Founder/Educational Therapist, Dr. Adejugbe Williams while commending members of the (NIDO) UK South for the show of love and care and humanitarian intervention to the less previlage in the society, she however that, NIDO UK South’s visit has given the school a boost, admonishing the society against discriminating poeple with disabilities.
