The Organization of African Caribbean and Pacific States, OACPS has appointed a Nigerian, Mr. Emmanuel Arome Ogijo, as it’s Financial Controller of the 79-member body based in Brussels, Belgium with effect from September 1, 2022.
Mr Emmanuel, who was the immediate past Director of Finance and Operations at the famous MS TCDC in Arusha Tanzania,holds a Bsc in accountancy from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and Msc in Finance from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
Mr Emmanuel who took over from Mr. Atsou a Togolese Nationale is also member of the Institute of Management accountants UK and association of Fraud examiners USA.
Mr Emmanuel has vast experience in international development both in west and east Africa, as he has since been received by HE the Nigeria Ambassador to Belgium Amb Obina.
